Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss

It is about a man and a guy named Sam I Am. Sam I Am tries to get the man to eat
green eggs and ham. They go through these different places and Sam I Am gives
different suggestions until the man tries the food and likes it.


Recommended for~ any age

King of the Wind by Margeurite Henry

Take this book it is really interesting. I hope you get it because it's about a baby horse.
But if you don't get it, then maybe next time you well!

Tell Me Again About the Night I Was Born by Jamie Lee Curtis

This book is about a little girl who is about three and she wants to know abou the night
she was born. So her adopted parents tell her agin about he gectic adventure of getting
their new girl.

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis

Aslan is a great lion. The White Witch is an evil queen. Aslan has been on the move.
The White Witch is furious. What will happen next?


Recommended for~ 3rd grade and up

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J. K. Rowling

In this book, there is action, mystery and adventure. Also, Harry goes back to Hogwarts
School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and participates in a 7th grade tournament. After
the tournament, he has to fight Voldemort.


Recommended for~ 8-12 year olds

My Father's Dragon by Ruth Gannett

A boy meets a cat who tells him about Boris, a baby dragon. Boris is being held prisoner
by the animals of Wild Island. The cat asked the boy if he wants to rescue Boris.
The boy says, "Sure."


Recommended for~ 8-9 year olds

Hatchet by Gary Paulsen

The plane driver gets a heart attack. The boy tries to steer the plane, but he can't.
He is lost in the woods and the plane is in the water. Read Hatchet and find out
what happens to the boy!


Recommended for~ 4th-6th grade

The Foot Book by Dr. Seuss

It is about a man and he tells the reader about all of the different ways you can use
your feet. Also, he does a lot of rhyming in it. It is a good book to read to your little
sister or brother.

Chasing Redbird by Sharon Creech

I think that you should read this book because it is adventurous, exciting and humorous.
It is also realistic. It is kind of sad, but it's a book you'll be stuck to.


Recommended for~ 3rd-5th grade

Junie B. Jones and the Stupid, Smelly Bus by Barbara Parks

The book I chose is humorous. Junie B. is silly. Junie B. says there are mean
people on the bus.


Recommended for~ age 8 and up

Hatchet by Gary Paulsen

Do you like adventure and breathtaking events? You would love Hatchet
.
It's the best book!

Coyote Autumn by Bill Wallace

A boy has a great feeling about this baby coyote because the coyote's family has been
killed. The baby coyote has run away from the boy.

Junie B. Jones Goes to a Sleepover by Barbara Parks

First of all she asks if she can sleep at a friend's house. Then she goes to the sleepover
party. Junie packs a lot of stuff. Then the rich Hanna and her friend get mad. Junie
jumps on a bed and then she can't. Finally, Junie B. goes to sleep and in the morning
she goes home.


Recommended for~ ages 7-10

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling

Do you like books that have adventure and mystery? If you do, then read
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
. You start to like the book and then
you can't put it down. Read this book!

Tut Tut by Jon Scieszka
It's about three boys, Joe, Sam Fred and Joe's sister, Anna. One day Anna
opens the book and they were like in another world. Also to get out you have
to find the book. They meet Thutmose III and he helps them.

The Hundred Dresses by Eleanor Estes

If you like sad books or books that teach you a lesson, then The Hundred Dresses
is the book you should look for. The Hundred Dresses is a fabulous book.
So go for it!

Anpao by Jamake Highwater

This book is about an Indian boy whose father is the sun. He travels a long
way to find the girl of his dreams, Ko-Ko-mik-e-is. He has lots of adventures.
It's a great book!

Because of Winn-Dixie by Kate Dicamillo

I like the book because it's a happy story. It's about this girl named Opal. She
saves this dog and takes care of Winn-Dixie
. He was skinny and suffering and
he needed care.
I recommend this book because it is a great book. I like the
book because it is a happy book!
